How to do it

Rest one forearm on your thigh with its palm facing up and hand beyond the knee. Press against its palm with your other hand while curling the wrist upward. Maintain controlled opposing pressure as you lower.

Form cues

  • Keep the forearm still.
  • Move at the wrist.
  • Use smooth opposing pressure.
