How to do it
Rest one forearm on your thigh with its palm facing down and hand beyond the knee. Press gently on the back of that hand with your other hand while raising it at the wrist. Resist the movement back down without twisting the forearm.
Form cues
- Keep the forearm still.
- Lift the back of the hand.
- Control the return.
