How to do it
Hold one arm beside your torso with its palm facing down. Press down on that wrist with your other hand while bending the elbow to curl upward. Keep the wrist straight and apply controlled resistance as you lower.
Form cues
- Keep the curling palm down.
- Keep the wrist straight.
- Resist both directions.
