How to do it
Sit on a bench side-on to a low pulley, with the working leg nearest the stack. Attach the cable to that ankle and position the leg out to the side so the cable pulls it farther outward. Keep your pelvis still as you draw the leg inward, then return slowly.
Form cues
- Keep your pelvis on the bench.
- Move slowly through a comfortable range.
