How to do it
Adjust the pullover machine so its pivot aligns with your shoulders. Keep your back against the pad and your elbows at the machine’s intended angle. Pull the arms down in an arc toward your torso without leaning back, then return slowly to a comfortable overhead range.
Form cues
- Keep your torso against the pad.
- Drive the arms down in an arc.
- Do not force the overhead stretch.
