How to do it

Secure the band at a low point behind you and hold an end in each hand. Use a staggered stance, begin with your hands beside your lower chest, and press forward and slightly upward. Stop before your shoulders rise, then return under control.

Form cues

  • Press forward and slightly upward.
  • Keep your shoulders down.
  • Finish without shrugging.
  • Brace your trunk.
