How to do it

Attach a low cable to the ankle farthest from the stack. Hold the station and lean your torso slightly toward it, keeping your pelvis steady. Move the cuffed leg out to the side, then return it slowly without letting the weight stack drop.

  • Hold a steady lean.
  • Keep your toes facing forward.
