How to do it
Place two kettlebells between your feet, take a wide stance, and hinge to grip them with a braced trunk. Row one bell toward its hip while the other remains planted, return it to the floor, and alternate sides without twisting.

- Keep your hips and shoulders square.
- Pull each elbow toward its hip.
