How to do it
Lie on your back, press the lower back firmly into the floor, and lift the shoulders and legs a few inches with the arms overhead. Hold that shape while breathing. If the lower back lifts off the floor, raise the arms and legs higher until you can keep it flat — that contact is the whole exercise.
