How to do it

Lie chest-down on an incline bench with a kettlebell in each hand and arms hanging clear of the bench. Row the bells toward your hips with elbows near your sides, then lower them slowly without lifting your chest.

Form cues

  • Keep your chest on the bench.
  • Draw your elbows toward your hips.
