How to do it
Lie chest-down on an incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand. Row toward your upper ribs with elbows roughly 45–60 degrees from your torso, moving your upper arms behind you without shrugging. Lower under control.
Form cues
- Keep your chest against the bench.
- Pull your elbows out about halfway from your sides.
