How to do it

Stand holding a barbell behind your thighs with palms facing backward. Keep your arms near your sides; lower the bar by extending your wrists, then curl it upward through a comfortable wrist range.

  • Keep the bar close to your body.
  • Move your wrists, not your shoulders.
