How to do it
Hold a light barbell with a wide, overhand grip. Raise your elbows until your upper arms are roughly level with your shoulders, with the bar in front of your chest. Keeping your elbows raised, rotate your forearms upward, then slowly reverse the motion. Stay within a comfortable range.
Form cues
- Use a very light bar.
- Keep your upper arms steady.
- Rotate without forcing the range.
