How to do it

Secure the band behind you near lower-chest height. Hold the ends with an underhand grip and stand in a staggered stance. Begin with your hands beside your lower chest, then press forward and slightly upward while keeping your wrists straight. Return under control.

Form cues

  • Use a secure anchor behind you.
  • Keep your palms facing upward.
  • Press forward and slightly upward.
  • Keep your ribs stacked over your pelvis.
