Your account details: name, email address or mobile number (whichever you sign up with), password if you set one (stored hashed), interface language and time zone.

What you enter to build a plan: goals, body measurements and weight, injuries, dietary preferences, meals, workouts, supplements, sleep and the activities you mark done.

If you buy credits: the amount, the time and the payment's reference. The payment itself happens on the payment gateway's page; card details never reach us.

Technical records needed to run the service: sign-in events, the pages the app served you, and errors. These are kept for troubleshooting, not profiling.

To build and roll forward your daily plan, to show your progress, and to let a trainer you have accepted see and adjust your plan. Nothing here is collected for advertising — Gymograph shows no ads and does not sell or rent your data to anyone.

You. A trainer, only for the period you have accepted their invitation and only what the coaching relationship needs; you can end it in the app. Gymograph staff, only to support you or to keep the service running, and never to browse.

If AI features are enabled for your account and you use one, the parts of your data that feature needs are sent to the AI provider that generates the result, and the prompt is logged so we can audit what was sent. AI features are off unless your account says otherwise.

Services that carry part of the work, each seeing only what its job needs: an email service and an SMS provider deliver your sign-in codes (they see your address or number and the code), the payment gateway handles a purchase, and a content-delivery network sits in front of the site and passes its traffic through.

On servers we operate. Passwords are hashed; sessions use short-lived tokens; uploads are stored in private object storage.

You can change or remove what you have entered in the app. To export or delete your account and everything under it, write to [email protected] and we will do it and confirm.

Your sign-in is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and so are your theme and, if you use the plan builder before signing up, your draft week. A cookie remembers your language, and until sign-up opens another records whether you hold a preview pass. None of it is for advertising or cross-site tracking.
